However, we only hand-select the most beautiful and valuable hides; the remaining hides are processed into bovine leather. \u003cbr\u003eThese hand-picked hides are selected solely based on their quality and appearance. The decisive criteria for this are the colors of the hide and the size of the perfect surface, but hide density and hair length are also decision criteria. Since every cow is as unique in its coloring and pattern as a human fingerprint, every one of our products is also unique, and the photos shown are intended as examples only. However, the natural coloring is always gold-brown and white, simply \"salt and pepper.\" The further processing of the hides takes place at the tannery, where the hides are made durable and resistant using natural salts and vegetable oils.
