These cowhides are a \"by-product\" of agriculture or the food industry. However, we only hand-select the most beautiful and valuable hides; the remaining hides are processed into bovine leather. \u003cbr\u003eThese hand-picked hides are selected solely based on their quality and appearance. The decisive criteria are the colors of the hide, the size of the perfect surface, but also the hide density and hair length are criteria for the decision. Since every cow is as unique in its coloring and design as a human fingerprint, every one of our products is unique, and the photos shown are to be understood as examples only. However, the natural coloring is always maintained. Further processing of the hides takes place at the tannery, where natural salts and vegetable oils are used to make the hides durable and resistant. Exclusively vegetable-tanned full-grain leather is used for all leathers, meaning all items are crafted from a whole hide.
