2) Data collection when visiting our website
2.1 When using our website for informational purposes only, i.e., if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect data that your browser transmits to the site server (so-called "server log files"). When you access our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to display the website to you:

You can recognize an encrypted connection by the string "https://" and the padlock symbol in your browser bar.
3) Cookies
To make visiting our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use cookies—small text files that are stored on your device. Some of these cookies are automatically deleted after you close your browser (so-called "session cookies"), while others remain on your device longer and enable the saving of site settings (so-called "persistent cookies"). In the latter case, you can check the storage duration in the cookie settings overview of your web browser.
Insofar as personal data is also processed by individual cookies used by us, processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR either for the performance of the contract, in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in the case of consent given, or in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to safeguard our legitimate interests in the best possible functionality of the website as well as a customer-friendly and effective design of the page visit.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and decide individually on their acceptance or exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general.
Please note that if cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.
4) Contacting us
4.1 WhatsApp Business
We offer visitors to our website the opportunity to contact us via the WhatsApp messaging service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. We use the "Business" version of WhatsApp for this purpose.
If you contact us via WhatsApp regarding a specific transaction (such as an order placed), we will store and use the mobile number you use on WhatsApp as well as your first and last name—if provided—in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of processing and answering your request. Based on the same legal basis, we may ask you via WhatsApp to provide further data (order number, customer number, address, or e-mail address) in order to be able to assign your request to a specific transaction.
If you use our WhatsApp contact for general inquiries (such as regarding our range of services, availability, or our website), we will store and use the mobile number you use on WhatsApp as well as your first and last name—if provided—in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in the efficient and timely provision of the requested information.
Your data is used solely for responding to your request via WhatsApp. It is not shared with third parties.
Please note that WhatsApp Business gains access to the address book of the mobile device we use for this purpose and automatically transmits phone numbers saved in the address book to a server of the parent company, Meta Platforms Inc., in the USA. For the operation of our WhatsApp Business account, we use a mobile device in whose address book only the WhatsApp contact details of users who have contacted us via WhatsApp are saved.
This ensures that every person whose WhatsApp contact details are stored in our address book has already consented to the transmission of their WhatsApp phone number from the address books of their chat contacts in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR by accepting the WhatsApp Terms of Service when first using the app on their device. Transmission of data from users who do not use WhatsApp and/or have not contacted us via WhatsApp is therefore excluded.
For the purpose and scope of data collection and the further processing and use of data by WhatsApp, as well as your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy, please refer to the WhatsApp privacy policy: https://www.whatsapp.com
In the context of the above-mentioned processing, data may be transferred to servers of Meta Platforms Inc. in the USA.
For data transfers to the USA, the provider has joined the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures compliance with the European level of data protection based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission.
4.2 When contacting us (e.g., via contact form or e-mail), personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of processing and answering your request and only to the extent necessary.
The legal basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest in answering your request in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. If your contact is aimed at a contract, an additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will be deleted when it can be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question has been conclusively clarified, provided there are no statutory retention obligations to the contrary.
5) Comment function
As part of the comment function on this website, in addition to your comment, information about the time the comment was created and the commenter name you have chosen are stored and published on this website. Furthermore, your IP address is logged and stored. We require your e-mail address in order to contact you if a third party should object to your published content as illegal.
The legal bases for the storage of your data are Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We reserve the right to delete comments if they are objected to by third parties as illegal.

Your customer account can be deleted at any time and can be done by sending a message to the above-mentioned address of the controller.
