🎁 Discount and Promotional Terms and Conditions

Our discount and promotional offers—for example, percentage discounts, tiered discounts, set offers, bundle prices, free items, free gifts, vouchers, or other price advantages—apply exclusively under the promotional terms and conditions specified at the time of the order.

✅ Promotional Requirements

Promotional requirements may include, in particular:

▪️ the purchase of a specific number of items
▪️ the purchase of defined product combinations
▪️ a newsletter subscription
▪️ a specified promotional period
▪️ other conditions expressly stated for the respective promotion

📌 General Promotional Terms

▪️ Promotional benefits apply exclusively as long as all requirements of the respective promotion are met.

▪️ Already discounted items or special offers are excluded from further discount promotions unless otherwise stated for the respective promotion.

▪️ Discount promotions, vouchers, and promotional codes cannot generally be combined with each other.

▪️ Cash payment, retroactive granting, or transfer of promotional benefits is excluded.

▪️ Discount and promotional offers can—unless otherwise stated—be used once per customer and order.

▪️ We reserve the right to change or prematurely terminate discount and promotional offers at any time, or to correct obvious technical, pricing, or content errors.

↩️ Return or Partial Cancellation of a Promotional Order

If individual items are cancelled or returned after an order has been completed, and the original requirements for a discount or special promotion are no longer met as a result, the order will be recalculated based on the items actually kept.

In this case, the order will be treated as if it had originally been completed only with the items actually kept. All price and promotional benefits granted will be reconsidered in accordance with the conditions applicable at the time of the order.

This may result, in particular, in the following benefits being partially or fully forfeited:

▪️ Quantity discounts
▪️ Bundle prices and set benefits
▪️ Free items and free gifts
▪️ Vouchers and promotional codes
▪️ Shipping benefits
▪️ Other promotional services

The refund amount is based on this recalculation.

The decisive factors are the regular individual prices applicable at the time of the original order, as well as the promotional terms valid at that time.

💡 Examples

1. 🏷️ Percentage Discounts or Minimum Order Values

Example:

You receive a 10% discount on an order value of €100 or more.

By returning an item, the value of the items actually kept falls below the required minimum order value.

Since the requirements for the discount promotion are no longer met, the granted price advantage is forfeited. The refund will be recalculated accordingly.

2. 🛍️ Quantity Discounts

Example:

You receive a quantity discount when purchasing three items.

If one of these items is returned and the required minimum quantity is no longer met, the quantity discount is forfeited. The remaining items will be recalculated at the respective applicable regular individual price.

3. 📦 Set Offers or Bundle Prices

Example:

You buy two products as a promotional set and receive a discounted total price for them.

If one component of the set is returned, the requirements for the set offer are no longer met. The item actually kept will therefore be recalculated at the regular individual price.

4. 🎁 Free Items or Free Gifts

Example:

You receive a free item or free gift upon reaching a certain order value or purchasing a specific promotional item.

If the requirements for the promotion are retroactively removed due to a full or partial return, the free item or free gift must also be returned in full.

If the free item or free gift is not returned, the regular individual retail price applicable at the time of the order will be taken into account in the refund and offset against the refund amount.

5. 🚚 Shipping Benefits

Example:

Shipping is free or at a discounted price from a certain order value.

If this order value is retroactively fallen below due to a return and there is no other claim to the granted shipping benefit, the regular shipping costs applicable to the original order may be taken into account in the refund, provided this is legally permissible.

The shipping costs of the respective shop and delivery country indicated at the time of the order apply.

6. 🎟️ Vouchers and Promotional Codes

If vouchers or promotional codes are only granted under certain conditions and these conditions are no longer met due to a partial return or cancellation, the granted price advantage will be taken into account accordingly in the recalculation.

ℹ️ Final Note

Promotional benefits exist exclusively as long as the respective promotional requirements are met.

If these requirements are retroactively no longer met due to a full or partial return or cancellation, there is no claim to the originally granted promotional benefit. In this case, the order and the refund amount will be recalculated in accordance with the above rules.
