Shipping and Payment Terms
For retail customers, delivery within Germany is free of charge. For commercial customers, shipping costs are calculated separately based on the weight and dimensions of the ordered items and the destination country – in accordance with the costs of our shipping service provider.
For retail customers outside of Germany, shipping costs are calculated as follows:

We are happy to deliver to other countries as well, but please inquire about this beforehand!
Time of delivery:
We attempt to process all orders as quickly as possible – orders placed before 11:00 AM (Mon-Fri) are generally dispatched on the same day. Later orders will be dispatched on the next working day at the latest, meaning the delivery time is generally between 1-3 working days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number as soon as we have handed over the order to our logistics partner.
Delivery terms:
If the ordered product is unavailable because we are not supplied with this product by our suppliers through no fault of our own, we may withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will inform you immediately and, if necessary, suggest the delivery of a comparable product. If no comparable product is available or you do not wish to receive a comparable product, we will immediately reimburse any payments already made.
